Salsomaggiore Terme is known for its springs and their healing powers. It's also known for the Miss Italy contest held each year. These pictures include nearby scenes. We hadn't heard of this town before we urgently needed a place of the night. On the drive we saw a lot of billboards for luxury goods, and realized the city must be a ritzy destination.
